Any pictures of my dogs or our dog friends that share their comments and pictures belong to this site and are the personal property of Happy Hearts Dog Cookies and you may not use or copy any of them.  I will not give your pictures out to any one. 

 Receiving Your Dog Cookies:

Packing of the cookies is quite an event. All cookies are packed, taped and bubble wrapped.

You will  receive your dog cookies in zip lock bags, that will also have a strip of shipping tape across the top for shipping.  You can snip the tape and reuse the zip lock bag, which work well in the frig or freezer.  Or, if you prefer, put your dog cookies in your own airtight, dog cookie container. 

I do recommend that you refrigerate your dog cookies, as I do not use any type of chemical preservative. 

My taste testers have said that their dogs really seem to enjoy their cookies cold from the refrigerator. 

There are no refunds and/or returns.  All sales are final.  If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and we will work out the problem.

I do not give out anyone's information and I reserve the right to refuse an order. 

If you have any questions about our dog cookies, please ask.  If there is a cookie your dog likes, but is allergic to something in it, tell me, and I can adjust my recipie.  I do not mind at all.
